Blossom Hill – Taste the Sunshine

But not literally. That would hurt!

Objectives

Blossom Hill, producers of delicious wines, came to us to create a campaign to give a taste of their Californian sunshine to customers with every bottle. So it made sense to create a reward that did just that, in turn helping drive footfall for retailers.

The results

Blossom Hill enjoyed a significant demand for their wines during the promotional period and the featured tour operators received hundreds of new family bookings originating from the promotion.

We’re good but changing the British weather is a bit of an ask, even for us. So we created a promotion to send Blossom Hill customers to the sunshine seeing as we couldn’t bring it to them.

In conjunction with our travel partner, we created a collectors’ scheme to offer savings of up to £200 off a holiday. Each promotional bottle featured a promotional neck collar to the value of £50. Holidays could be booked through a variety of tour operators including Virgin Holidays, Club Med, Kuoni and Thomas Cook.

And for those out on the town, one scratch card was given out with every glass of Blossom Hill purchased in wine bars and pubs across the country with a 1 in 4 chance to win £50 towards a package holiday.
