QS wished to increase basket spend from an average of £8.25 to £15 by offering their customers a free mini beauty treatment or haircut and finish.
The promotion launched in time for the Autumn/Winter season throughout 200 stores across the UK and for one month was supported by POS. In addition the promotion was supported by ATL advertisements in the Sun, Daily Mail, Closer, OK, Take a Break, Chat and NOW magazines. The total redemptions were over 14,000 which were the highest seen by QS.
Free Family Portrait
For the October in-store promotional activity, QS offered their customers a free family portrait when they spent £15 or more in-store. The promotion ran for a month and has been supported by strong POS and on their web site www.qsgroup.co.uk. Customers can redeem their vouchers through the Click Group who have 131 studios throughout the UK.

Customers could choose from a selection of 4 spring bulbs and were asked to send off a completed form in order to receive their chosen selection. Currently there have been over 1,500 redemptions.
