Many of these third party offers have been used in ING Direct's latest promotion to advise of their forthcoming events programme and to highlight their proposition: 'it's your money we're saving'. ING Direct sent out their customer newsletter in May featuring the promotional website and the offers available, highlighted it on their main website homepage, and have a continuing communication programme running throughout the summer. Using their password, customers can gain access to 11 third party offers including; wine, golf, magazines, hotels, music and holidays to name but a few, and over 150 offers on '2 for 1' and 'kids go free' days out. The campaign will also target non-customers with special offers specifically for them via direct mail and emails.
