Aztec Marketing built on their presence in the hotel sector in 2009 when they were appointed by Classic British Hotels to launch a 'Great Days Out' rewards programme featuring the top 250 attractions and over 500 golf courses within the UK.
The programme launched on 1st January 2009 with offers being valid for 12 months and is promoted via the Classic British Hotels website. Once customers have made their booking online they receive their confirmation by email, which directs them to the promotional website to browse the participating venues and offers. Once they have chosen which venue they would like to visit they are able to download a voucher from the website using the access code sent to them with their confirmation.
The participating attractions and golf courses were carefully selected to match the demographic profile of their customer base and were also all situated within a 40 mile radius of each Classic British Hotel.
Mid-year redemption levels indicate that this promotion is proving to be a great success, particularly the golf programme and provides guests of Classic British Hotels with another reason to stay at their hotels.
